Penn Hill Metro Basketball Association is a youth basketball association serving children in the Penn Hills School District in grades 2 through 8.  Our mission is to provide a positive experience for children and their families and to promote self-confidence, teamwork, unity, respect, and pride in themselves and in the community while competing at a high level and maintaining academic success.
